Refunds will only be given if item doesn't arrive in the state that was described and item is sent back. I will always take pictures before and after packaging

Cancellations cost time and money, please avoid cancelling unless you have a really good reason 😅
Returns/ exchanges will be honoured only if product doesn't arrive in state described. Please contact me with any problems and I'll help however I can.
One flexi of each batch goes to my 2 and 3 year old for a strength test so I know they're durable unless it gets stood on or bent back quite hard
Flexis are not recommended for ages between 0 and 3, this is because no matter how durable my prints are or any 3d printed item is, on the rare chance it does break, small parts may break off and be a choking hazard so please don't buy flexis for anyone under 3
