The design celebrates the bright colours of konpeito candy – Japanese sugar stars – a soot sprite’s favourite treat. On the back of the ‘packet’ you can find ‘non-nutritional information’.
Ages 7+ is advised, as the star beads can pose a choking habit. This is a keyring, not an edible product. Do not eat.
All items will be shipped using Royal Mail
This will be with 2nd Class for UK purchases
International orders will use Royal Mail's International Tracked - any customs on orders is the responsibility of the customer. Novae Co does not take responsibility for any customs tax or other customs charges.
If an order is returned to the seller - Novae Co - the customer will be responsible for the payment of the re-shipment of goods. If a customer decides they no longer want their order, the postage will not be refunded.
As per UK law,
Novae Co will offer a refund to customers if they have told us, within 14 days of receiving their goods, that they want to cancel. Customers then have another 14 days to return the goods once they have made Novae Co aware.
Novae Co will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund, provided that the order has not been posted.
If an order has been posted, a refund will be provided once the item has been returned.
If the customer requests an exchange, and this exchange is agreed upon, it is not until the original order is back with Novae Co that the exchange item will be posted.
