Kawaii sweet treats bookmark with tassel
These cute bookmarks are printed on heavyweight 300gsm matte cardstock with rounded corners and a tassel.
(Tassel colours may differ from picture depending on what I have in stock)
Bookmarks are not laminated which means they are recyclable (tassels can be removed)
-The designs are partially repeated on the back with my shop logo added
-As these are handmade in small quantities they may vary slightly in size

Items are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 1-3 days of ordering, however, custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch.
Orders will be sent via UK 2nd class.

Once your item has been returned to me I will reach out to let you know if your refund has been approved. You will then automatically receive a refund on your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund so please allow up to 10 business days for this.
There is a 30 day refund policy from the day you receive your items, so if you are requesting a refund please make sure it is within this timeframe.
Your item must be in the condition you received it in for you to be approved for a refund, along with proof of purchase.
If you would like to go ahead with a return please contact me at emspasteldesigns@hotmail.com where I can give you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting me as your refund may not be approved.
Damaged/defective items
Please check your order upon arrival and let me know as soon as possible if the item is wrong or damaged so that I can fix the issue!
