1. WHY BUY FROM SAKIWISTORE?
Sakiwistore offers the one stop shopping experience for you to fulfill all your kawaii product needs. From gift options to restyling your home with our decor options, you can find what you need at sakiwistore. Aside from that, we provide a lot of our products from multiple small businesses across the UK, So you know that every purchase you make supports a real person and gives them a reason to celebrate too!
2. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
You have the option to pay by paypal or multiple different card options. We use a secure payment platform to protect our customers’ information. You will have 7 days to decide whether the item is for you (please make sure to have a look under each product you are ordering to see if the seller accepts returns. Some sellers may not accept returns due to personalised items.)Â
3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each product is sold by numerous small businesses in the UK. For this reason, each product will have a different time frame as to when it will be dispatched. Please remember to check this before ordering your items to ensure they make it in time for you big days.Â
4. How do returns work?
Each business will have their own refund policy. Please make sure to view the description to see if a refund is accepted on that particular item.

1. HOW DOES SELLING WORK?
Becoming a seller is easy on Sakiwistore. Just register your account and sign up as a vendor (for more information please take a look at our seller handbook. Once you are signed up as a vendor you will be able to begin listing products straight away! Each seller will have their own personal space to set up a shop and list their items to their liking. Sellers will need to have access to a stripe account to accept payments.

2. WHAT MAKES SAKIWISTORE DIFFERENT?
At Sakiwistore, we aspire to be your go-to destination for all things adorable. Imagine a place where you can effortlessly fill your home with colorful kawaii products, turning every corner into a celebration of cuteness. From home and room decor to baby items and gifts, we’ve got it all covered.
3. WHAT IS THE COMISSION FEE ON EACH ITEM SOLD?
When you sell a product with us through Sakiwistore, we will deduct a 10% commission from your product and the remaining will be transferred to you almost immediately after a sale. Sellers will be required to have a Stripe account to accept payments.
4. HOW I WILL BE PAID?
Sellers will be required to create and link a stripe account for payment. When buyers pay, payment will be sent to you minus the 10% commission which will be sent directly to us
5. HOW WILL RETURNS WORK?
Sellers are required to list their own returns requirements to buyers. In the event of a return, sellers will be required to contact us to help arrange payment back to buyers.
6. WHAT CAN I SELL?
Anything classed as cute and adorable! We have certain categories such as baby items, home decor etc. If your items fit under those then they are a perfect fit!
7. HOW SHOULD I PRICE MY ITEMS?
This is a tricky one but try thinking about it this way. What price will you find attractive to buy at if you were the buyer instead. Try to do some research before uploading by seeing how other sellers price similar items. Remember, you always have the options to increase or decrease your prices so try to experiment what works best for you. Please remember to also take into consideration any fees you may be paying.
8. HOW SHOULD I CONTACT YOU WITH AN ENQUIRY?
Sellers can contact us via a few different ways. Under your store dashboard you will have the icon for notification board in the top right hand corner. This icon looks like a bell. Once on the page scroll to the bottom and you will see an option to send us a message directly. We aim to respond as soon as possible. Another option would be using the contact us form or going through our facebook group that sellers will be a part of.
9. HOW DO I JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP FOR SELLERS?
Sellers will be contacted with a FB link to join a specific group only for sellers. This will be a group where we will share tips, tricks, advice and more!
10. HOW MUCH CONTROL DO I HAVE ON MY STORE?
Sellers have full control of their own shops to sell, list and customise their store to their liking. You will have access to a dashboard to give you all the details on how your shop is performing.
